Balsamic Children over 12 years and adults: 1 to 3 sachets daily, dissolved in a cup of hot water.

Orange Children 3 to 5 years: 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a cup of hot water; 5 to 12 years: 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a cup of hot water; over 12 years and adults: up to 3 sachets per day, dissolved in a cup of hot water.
