FOR NORMAL HEART FUNCTION
Omega 3/6 is a supplement of Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA), obtained from cold-water sea fish oil and Omega 6 extracted from Borage oil with natural Vitamin E and Pantethine. EPA and DHA polyunsaturated fatty acids help promote normal heart function, whereas natural Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Useful for the heart function; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
It contributes to maintaining normal brain function and good eyesight, such beneficial effects are obtained through the daily assumption of 250 mg of DHA.
We recommend 2-4 capsules a day to be taken with water during and after meals. Individual needs may vary.

The body does not produce EPA/DHA (Omega 3) or GLA (Omega 6).

io ho iniziato a prendere queste capsule per curare la pelle del mio viso con problemi di acne…mi hanno aiutata tantissimo…li consiglio a chi presenta questo tipo di problema.
