VitaCalm Iperico is a formula designed by Bios Line Research to provide a nutrient, such as Tryptophan, Magnesium, and St. John’s Wort plant extracts (at the highest dosage authorised by the Ministry of Health), Rhodiola and Passion flower.

Rhodiola and St. John’s Wort promote normal mood. Passion flower and St. John’s Wort help mental relaxation and wellbeing.

The product is completed by Magnesium, which helps the normal nervous system function, and Tryptophan, which is a precursor of serotonin.

Indicated in the event of mood swings, anxiety, irritability, and nervousness.

how to use it

2 tablets a day to be taken with water or another beverage. We recommend taking this product for at least 20 days and up to a maximum of 2 or 3 months, according to individual needs.
