Further to combating the effects of jet lag, Melatonin helps to reduce the time required to fall asleep when taken shortly before going to bed. Lemon balm essential oil promotes relaxation, while Lemon essential oil gives a pleasant citrus-like flavour.

Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by our body and is useful to reduce the time required to fall asleep; moreover, it helps the body adjust to jet lag.

The sublingual intake allows quick absorption and greater bioavailability.

when to use it

VitaCalm Melatonin can be useful in case of difficulty falling asleep. It also helps overcome problems associated with jet lag. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed. As for the jet-lag, the beneficial effect can be obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first night of travel and for a few days after reaching your destination.
