Lavender, Valerian, Escolzia and Melatonin, contained in the first quick-release layer, promote falling asleep. Passionflower, contained in the second layer that is released within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and restful sleep.

In two-layer tablets:

1st layer, for immediate release: Valerian, Eschscholzia and Lavender promote sleep.
2nd layer: Passiflora promotes relaxation and restful sleep.

when to use it

Recommended to promote night rest in case of light or intermittent sleep.
