The innovative fast/delayed two-layer technology allows the gradual absorption of the plant ingredients and enhances their use by the body. Lavender, Valerian and Eschscholzia, contained in the first fast-release layer, promote falling asleep. Passionflower, contained in the second layer that is released within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and restful sleep.

In double-layer tablets:

1° layer, for immediate release: with Valerian, Eschscholzia and Lavender that promote falling sleep.

2° layer: with Passionflower that promotes relaxation and restful sleep.

when to use it

Recommended to promote night rest in case of light or intermittent sleep.
