Una ricetta amica per la pelle

During the summer, we have an irresistible urge to drink thirst quenching, refreshing and colourful drinks. But avoid drinks that are too sweet (remember that sugar increases your thirst) and treat yourself to fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies. There are an infinite number of recipes available, but we suggest that you use this one, which is full of Beta Carotene, Vitamin C and Zinc. Blend 100 grams of red pepper, 125 grams of strawberries, 50 grams of tomatoes, 125 grams of mango, and 125 grams of watermelon.
Filter the blended mixture and pour it into tall narrow glasses. Add ice and some mango slices if you like.
