Orange, as you know, is the colour of optimism and joy. But it is also what is good for our eyes and allows us, in a very good example of a virtuous circle, to capture the best of this colour.
All red-orange vegetables are rich in carotenoids, good for the eyes and help ensure the wellbeing of ocular tissues. A suggestion. Since carotenoids are mutually reinforcing, make sure you fill up on tomatoes (for lycopene), crustaceans (rich in astaxanthin) and all sources of beta carotene (peppers, carrots and pumpkin).
