With a little extra attention, your everyday meals can be enriched with precious vitamins. All you have to do is treat your foods well. The B-group vitamins are hydro soluble, and therefore they end up in the water you cook your vegetables in. Avoid boiling your vegetables. Try adopting shorter cooking methods such as steam.
