Percorso Kneipp fai da te
Tired and stressed from the heat? Try the revitalizing therapy invented by Sebastian Kneipp, founding father of hydrotherapy, which is used in many Spas. Place a small pool in your garden, if you have one, and fill it with twenty centimetres of cold water. Massage your feet to prepare them for the cold water, and then walk around for about a half a minute, lifting up your legs every step you take. Then take a walk on gravel, for the same amount of time, and then on grass. Go inside and put a cloth dampened with frozen water in your bathtub. Do an energetic march on the cloth. Finish your therapy with a cold spray of water on your legs. Then dry off and relax.
