Le proprietà dell’Equiseto

< 1 min

Horsetail is a plant that grows along the banks of ditches and in particularly humid natural environments, recognizable by the thin, very hard tufts of leaves similar to horse hair (hence the name). Almost a living fossil, the only survivor of a species that was widespread in the Paleozoic era, the distinctive feature of Horsetail is that it absorbs large amounts of minerals, especially silicon, from the ground. In addition to being diuretic, it is considered an exceptional natural mineralizer.
