A colourful diet, say nutritionists, is the best for our health. But can you recognise the properties of food by the colour? Those that are yellow or orange are excellent for the eyes and skin. Red and purple foods protect the cardiovascular system and capillaries. Green foods are useful for the respiratory system. Last but not least, white foods strengthen the immune system and bones.
