Cellulite*, we know, can also be combated through diet. The first step is to minimize salt (a good idea is simply not to put salt on the table) and avoid cold meats, cheeses and preserved food. Salt, in fact, promotes water retention: the tissues become filled with fluids that are difficult to get rid of. Second step, drink a lot. Water stimulates kidney activity and renewal, and helps eliminate excess fluids. When to drink? In the morning on an empty stomach and between meals, giving preference to non-carbonated mineral water, herbal teas and freshly squeezed or liquidized juices. No to fruit juices from concentrate: maybe you did not know that all the sugar they contain leads in turn to water retention.
