< 1 min

This plant (Trigonella foenum-graecum), which belongs to the legume family, was one of the first herbs used by mankind for culinary and medicinal purposes. It was known in ancient Egypt for its revitalizing properties and appreciated by the Arabs, who used it as an aphrodisiac.
