The Bios Line Forest is born

500 trees planted in South America and Africa, which will be able to absorb up to 136,000 kg of CO₂.

It’s easy to say plant trees. It is more difficult to fully understand which and how many positive effects derive from planting the right tree, in the right place and for the right purpose!

Bios Line has chosen to do so with Treedom, with the ambition of bringing < strong>environmental benefits, but also economic and social to the rural communities that take care of them.

Our trees

Even a single tree can make a difference.

African Mahogany

Every single tree is planted, photographed and
geolocalised to show our commitment in the most transparent way possible.

Regular monitoring

All trees will be planted and cared for over time by local communities. The projects are coordinated on site by NGOs and partner associations.

Environment Benefits

Planting trees in agroforestry systems maximizes their ability to absorb carbon, enrich the soil with nutrients, retain water and protect biodiversity.

Social Benefits

The fruits remain the property of the farmers, who can consume or sell them. Furthermore, crops and livestock are better protected from the harmful effects of sun, wind, heavy rains and extreme weather events.

Group 3
Sustainable Development

By planting the right tree, in the right place and for the right purpose, Bios Line contributes to the pursuit of 10 of the 17 sustainable development goals set by the member states of the United Nations for 2030.

This project is just one of the many initiatives in which Bios Line is committed to safeguarding our planet.
