how to use it

A 20-ml measuring cup per day, dissolved in a large glass of water, not cold, between meals, preferably in the morning as soon as you wake up. For a greater purification effect, we recommend 2 measuring cups of 20 ml per day, dissolved in a bottle of water to drink during the day, between meals. LIVER Milk thistle and artichoke together with gentian and turmeric improve liver functioning. INTESTINE Fumitory promotes a healthy skin. URINARY TRACT Birch helps with the drainage of fluids. SKIN Aloe has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system and inulin, a prebiotic fibre, promotes rebalancing of gut flora. Gentian and turmeric also contribute to a good digestive function.
